## 问题表现 {#271c1929}
部分设备在启动《刀刀暴击》小玩法后，点击「开始」按钮**无响应**，或提示“**无法连接此程序”**，无法进入游戏。
## 问题原因 {#368b9a98}
Windows 系统缺失 MSVCR120.dll 文件导致。
## 解决办法 {#cc087ce9}

1. 下载微软官方安装程序：https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/10912041/cee5d6bca2ddbcd039da727bf4acb48a/vcredist_x64.exe （如果下载失败请看第2-4步，下载成功直接跳到第5步）；
2. 打开微软官方下载链接 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784)；
3. 点击下载 (Download) 按钮 ；

4. 选择 vcredist_x64.exe，点击下载 (Download) 按钮；

5. 下载完成后，双击该文件 (vcredist_x64.exe)；
6. 勾选”我同意许可条款和条件”，并点击安装；

7. 安装成功；

8. 重新启动游戏即可。
